§1. General provisions



  1. These Regulations define the terms and conditions of sale and operation of the Vaulte The Label online store.
  2. The store sells goods online via the website www.vaulte-thelabel.com.
  3. The buyer may be any natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity.
  4. Prices are given in PLN or EUR, as gross amounts (including VAT).
  5. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only – they may differ slightly from reality (e.g. depending on lighting, graphic processing, individual screen settings).
  6. The store reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products and promotions.






§2. Orders and payments



  1. Orders can be placed via www.vaulte-thelabel.com.
  2. Payments are made via Visa, Mastercard, Blik, Apple Pay, PayPal and other online payment systems available when finalizing the order.
  3. A receipt or invoice is issued for each order.
  4. Personalised goods (made to measure, modified to suit the individual needs of the customer) are not subject to return in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.






§3. Shipping Policy



  1. Domestic shipments are delivered within 1–5 business days.
  2. International shipments are delivered within 5–14 business days.
  3. In exceptional situations (e.g. when personalizing products), the delivery time may be longer – the customer will be informed about this.
  4. Orders are delivered via couriers (InPost, DPD, GLS, DHL).






§4. Returns and complaints



  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
  2. The return must be sent in unused condition, with tags and proof of purchase, to the address provided after email contact: info@vaulte-thelabel.com.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, by bank transfer or – with the customer’s consent – ​​in the form of a gift card to be used in the store.
  5. Personalised (made to order) products are non-returnable.
  6. Complaints can be submitted to the following email address: info@vaulte-thelabel.com. A response will be provided within 14 days.






§5. Personal data protection



  1. The administrator of personal data is Vaulte The Label.
  2. Data is processed solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, billing and customer service.
  3. The customer has the right to access, correct and delete his or her data.
  4. Detailed rules can be found in the Privacy Policy.
